Modern pharmaceutical organizations significantly increase the demands on personal, business and psychological qualities of pharmacists. These circumstances may induce managers to pay more attention to the functional job requirements pharmacist. We believe functional job description pharmacist should contain the following sections of the general provisions of the worker functions, duties and rights, the responsibility of the employee, mobility and professional psychological quality [1,2]. We are invited to establish a professional-psychological portrait pharmacist who has a list of personal qualities that should be possessed ideal pharmacist. With a skillful combination of moral-psychological and traditional staffing approach could be highly significant in predicting the behavior of pharmacists in the workplace [3]. The content of vocational and psychological portrait of the pharmacist may be different depending on the specialty but the required attributes are the sections reflecting: - professionally important qualities (moral and psychological characteristics, personality traits, which are essential for the implementation of functional responsibilities); - contraindications ( personal qualities that make it impossible for the reception of the pharmacist for this position.)
Thus we first introduce in the instructions on "professional psychological quality" in the functional job description which allows to determine the suitability of professional specialist. We made professional and psychological portrait of the pharmacist-manager: 1. Professional and important qualities: responsibility, discipline, teamwork, organizational skills, neuro-psychological stability, creativity, enterprise. 2. Contraindications: emotional instability, individualism, isolation. The same qualities are suitable for such specialties as an informant pharmacist, pharmacist-organizer. Following international standards, we propose to expand the scope of the pharmacist and make it universal. For example, in the case of unemployed clinical pharmacist, he can work as a specialist in wholesale and retail sale of medicines, medical representative, informant, etc. We will therefore propose a functional job description section of "Mobility" [4]. Based on the foregoing, we modified the structure and content of functional job description for the separation of the roles and responsibilities pharmacist, which should meet realities of the pharmaceutical market in labor.
