The following article includes notes on peculiarities in Slavic and Romanian cultures as , some motifs concerning the dragons should demonstrate a broad area of common or similar representations in both types of cultures. Romanian ethnic territory is at the confluence of various languages, cultures and civilizations and Romanian culture shares many features with the Slavic cultures because of linguistic and cultural contact and the similar historical conditions under which they flourished. The issue of Slavic influence on Romanian culture has appealed to many researchers that have sought to explain the mystery of how a Romance culture survived in territory surrounded by Slavs. This work will thus offer a new approach to the study of the Romanian-Slavic and Romanian–Balkan relationship and we hope a synthetic and unified vision of their common elements, and it will try to give some new ideas about an unresolved, debated, and contentious topic.

The article describes the early teaching of English. The authors suppose that younger school age is the most sensitive period for developing a skills of continuous language self-education. Namely these skills allows the person to develop her abilities in the future. However, the key to success is the correct organization of the ed- ucational process that considers individual characteristics and interests of the learner.

Early foreign language teaching is a widely discussed phenomenon. Its importance increases in the Kazakhstan context and with the ideas of multiculturalism and multilingualism. Despite many positive sides to standardizing early English language teaching in Kazakhstan many problems still remain to be tackled. The aim of the article is to give an account of the importance, evaluation and the development perspective of early English language teaching in Kazakhstan. The article investigates the current state of early language teaching and introduces possible changes to improve the quality of primary English language teaching in Kazakhstan.

The article deals with the problem of developing critical thinking skills by the means of enhancing independent work of students. Independent work of students is connected with realization of practical tasks providing development of logical thinking, creative activity and the research approach in understanding educational material. Independent work promotes development of students’ capabilities to the self-education and selfdevelopment, skills of critical thinking. The success of developing the critical thinking skills depends on the organization of group work, in other words «team approach». It was considered as the way of training learners’ critical thinking skills.

The article is to characterize the most important components of would-be translator’s competence which is considered as a comprehensive and integrated notion, which is described in accordance with the requirements of the modern state educational standards. The objective of the article is to analyze the possibility of development of the basic, specific and special components of the professional competence in higher educational institutions. The realization of the competence-based approach allows to achieve the main educational goal — the ability and readiness of translators to be to perform efficiently and productively in different professional situations.

The paper presents an analysis of the current status of international cooperation, historical and pedagogical conditions of formation and development of the phenomenon. The authors analyzed the works of foreign and domestic scientists, periodization of the development of external relations in the system of higher education based on the systematization of archival materials, training documentation of Kazakh universities was proposed, positive experience of Russian universities was generalized. The necessity of a radical revision of the organizational, structural and ideological changes, updates the content of education, improve the quality of training requirements in accordance with the present stage of development of Kazakh society and global integration processes in the world educational space.

The article considered the meaning and essence of professionally oriented approach to teaching a foreign language lawyer's specialty. Analyzed occupational characteristics, features of professional thinking and consciousness of a lawyer. Noted that professional foreign language teaching has its own peculiarities, and is based on competence and student-centered approach, in which the student is an active participant in the educational process. The authors pointed out that along with the traditional methods of effective language teaching technologies of e-learning promotes the quality of law students language teaching.

Recent academic and professional writing regularly requires from authors to write competent abstracts. The paper deals with theoretical norms and practical outlines about mentioned writing skill. Many text books and studies have been already devoted to that topic, so author of the paper compiled basic hints which are understandable and useable in English for academic purposes teaching or in practice. Besides theoretical background and definitions, practical patterns are the main asset of the paper. The paper will help students and university teachers who are concerned in writing in English and to meet the demands they will face in college, university, as well as on the job.

The article deals with some efficient ways to improve student writing. It also touches upon issues related to the content of teaching writing at the present stage of education development. The authors offer examples of creative tasks that have a stimulating effect on the process of development writing skills and the creation of conditions to increase the interest and motivation of students to study a foreign language. The authors believe that teaching based on communication should be considered to be the major factor contributing to increase motivation, since it is the natural communication situations in teaching writing skills that leads to higher levels of motivation and the quality of knowledge in teaching writing.

The present work investigates the issues of the Concept of multilingual education development in the Republic of Kazakhstan as a system that defines the legal, theoretical and methodological, scientific and methodological support for training and implementation of multilingual education under the new paradigm of the education in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Multilingual education is seen as purposefully-organized process of formation of the language personality on the basis of the native language and the secondary language personality on the basis of foreign language.
