In the article is considered the concept of «national competitiveness»; the authors identified the influence mechanisms of «e-government» development on the level of state competitiveness in all the components. The research contains an analysis of policy of formation the information society in the Republic of Kazakhstan through the development of «e-government» projects, which helps to optimize the government activities, establish the mutual exchange of information among all concerned institutions of the country and citizens. Work contains an analysis of the current status of «e-government» in Kazakhstan, considering its positions in the world development rankings and assessment of the system development impact on the competitiveness level.

It is noted that the Eurasian Economic Club of Scientists became actively functioning community of scholars, known around the world. Emphasizes that the idea of creation of such club of scientists has been proposed by the President of Kazakhstan N.A.Nazarbayev. The conclusion is that the club has become actively function- ing «think tank» awareness of realities of the modern world economy and it's trends. Indicated that the crea- tion of the Economic Club produced evidence-based practice recommendations aimed at improving the func- tioning of national economy in a globalizing world. It is shown that the club was initiated in holding annual scientific conference of young scientists economists and managers in Estonia. As an important point stands out that the tradition of the club is preparation for Astana Economic Forum Summit open letters to the leaders of the top 20 economies in the world.

Article is devoted to a problem of improvement of the financial analysis at the domestic enterprises, in particular to modeling of a financial condition. The dependence equations between separate indicators of accounting financial statements by means of use of economic-mathematical tools on the example of one of the largest industrial enterprises of the North Kazakhstan area — JSC «Munaymash» are considered. The author makes recommendations about forecasting of a financial condition of the enterprise by means of its modeling by means of which probably in due time to make changes to the program of development of the enterprise and effectively to operate resources for achievement of the maximum financial result.

Following the systemic changes wine production in Hungary has decreased significantly. In parallel, the production of quality wines has slowly replaced mass production. Present study introduces the wineroutes and wine producing areas of South Transdanubia, presents the best practices of wine tourism, and the regionallevel enological and wine tourism cooperation that was established under the name of Pannonian Wine Region. The types and main activities of the wineroutes are also presented.

The article examines the advantages and disadvantages of the integration process in the field of tourism the three Commonwealth of Independent States countries: Kazakhstan, Russia and Belarus, in the framework ofthe Eurasian Economic Union. The main method of research is a comparative analysis of the positive and negative aspects of the processes for the tourism industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Given the fact that in modern conditions the international economic integration is one of the main manifestations of globalization of the economy and developed within this general universal process, the relationship of the Eurasian Economic Unionwith the international community was considered. Authors summarize that the formation of Eurasian Economic Union will require a lot of work to address the legal, institutional, technical, organizational and procedural issues in a number of interrelated areas. In this regard, the key is the correct sequence of steps, especially given the compressed timeframe.

The development of a given place or settlement can be successful if built on local endowments. We must not neglect, however, those «soft» factors without which the respective place would not have been attractive. A large part of this is made by elements of local culture: habits, traditions, crafts, local architecture etc. [1] We can only neglect what we do not know. If we know something, we are attached to it; it becomes part of us, if not in other way, in forms of feelings. On this ground, a known habit is a more definite part of culture related to a respective place, which may be the pledge of survival in some problematic regions and cultures.

The article presents material on the relevance and importance of the International specialized exhibition EXPO-2017 in Astana, as well as on the activities conducted in the regions of the Republic of Kazakhstan to prepare for it. Content of the article speaks of the importance of EXPO-2017 in the social, economic and environmental development of the regions. The article notes that the main advantage of the International specialized exhibition EXPO-2017 in Astana for the regions are experience, advanced technology, jobs and scientific potential for the use of them in the implementation of the «green economy».

The subject of food security is strategically important for the country. In this article are considered possibilities of increase stability of food supply by means of the trading block of the countries which entering into Common economic space. Authors considered possibilities for identification and using of unrealized potential of a regionalization of the economic relations in the countries of the Customs union. In article the assessment is given to the main results of the present stage of regional integration, positive sides for the Kazakhstan economy from CES functioning are defined: creation of a common market, free moving of the goods and services, cancellation of customs control, etc. Positive and negative sides of functioning of CES are noted in the developed SWOT analysis.

It is noted that the TOTAL company, being one of world leaders in nevtegazovy sector, plays an important role in North Kaspiysk the project. It is emphasized that the important step for development of business in Kazakhstan was taken when TOTAL got shares in two prospecting blocks in the south of the Aktyubinsk area. It is specified that the company continues to strengthen strategic partnership with the KazMunaiGas National company, actively developing joint prospecting projects. The conclusion is drawn that one of the main priorities of corporate policy of TOTAL concern is ensuring industrial and ecological safety at all stages of work. It is described how TOTAL actively participates in adjustment of the close business and cultural relations between Kazakhstan and France, being one of the leading international corporations and the largest French company.

This paper presents a research of social security in the context of global development in the era of globalization. Based on the research of the works of western scholars author found that in the last two decades in the west largely changed conceptual approach to social policy. The reforms of the social sphere are determined by the transformation of the social structure and economy, with special emphasis on the competitive aspect of development. According to the author, the experience of western countries provide important guidance for the formation of appropriate policy in Kazakhstan.

The article describes the features of the integration of marketing communications of the university through the implementation of corporate projects. Combining internal and external marketing communications, involving different target groups of consumers, corporate projects contribute to creating a positive image of the higher education institution. Integrating Marketing Communications provides mutual support for all of their constituent elements and leads to a synergistic effect. This approach allows for enhanced communication impact on project participants (both external and internal customers) and enhance its reputation in the market of educational services.
